How to face the truth about an abusive partner

Abuse almost never appear in many relationships untill the two people are married but there are some that happen in the first year of a courtship.
Trying to fix or annalize the situation or the abuser does not help the people at the receiving end of the abuse.
To many woman and men try to be faithful and loving while their partner seem to missunderstand and see the kindness as weekness and therefore the abuse continues and gets worse at times.
Here are some way to face reality;
Keep a journal.
Write down how you felt when you met him or her.
Your journal become like a mirror, it will help you to see things clearly.
Write down how you feel presently.
Be honest and dont be afraid only you know what is writen in your journal.
Write down a plan of action.
What are you going to do.
Where to find help.
Who to confide in, someone you can trust.
Where will you go and live.
Think of your own health and that of your children
Are you financialy dependant on your abuser?
write down a plan of action
Ask family to help financialy.
Look for a job.

Love is not meant to be hurtful and cause sickness like stress it is meant to bring joy an growth into our lives.
If you are in a relationship that is unhealthy and you cry more then you laugh then you need to sit quietly and think about your future and that of your children if you have any.
If you are unemployed since you started a family thats not a bad thing make this a part of your action plan lift your chin up and have faith!
You are more then you could ever imagine yourself to be!
